Terms of Sale

1. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Prices are in AED and include applicable taxes.
• Payment must be completed at checkout; we accept all major cards and payment methods displayed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Products are shipped from a controlled warehouse.
• Standard delivery takes X–Y business days (adjust to your logistics).
• Sirinna is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
• Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

4. Warranty

• All products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and, if requested, photos of the product.

5. Product Use

• Our products are intended for personal use only.
• Sirinna is not liable for any misuse, injury, or damage resulting from improper use.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Sirinna’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Abuse Prevention

• Orders made with fraudulent intent, excessive returns, or attempts to exploit warranty/return policies may be canceled or denied.

• Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
